Melissa & Scott. You two. You are so beyond perfect together. The way you look at each other, the way you interact with each other, and the way you just ARE together. There is no doubt that you two were created for each other, and I am so honored that I got to be there to not only witness, but also to photograph the two of you getting married!

I normally have the opportunity to meet my couples before their big day, but every so often it just doesn’t happen (most of the time when it’s out of town couples). When I don’t get to meet them and we only chat on the phone, I just never know what I’m in for! There isn’t that opportunity ahead of time for us to bond and get to know each other, so we have to rely on doing that the day of the wedding. Thankfully, these two and their families are the absolute easiest people to get along with! When I found Melissa’s entourage at the end of hallway at The Vinoy, everyone instantly greeted me with giant smiles and excitement. When I found Melissa, we quite literally ran towards each other and into a giant hug. I already felt like I had not only met her, but spent a lot of time with her and became good friends! I KNEW I was in for an amazing wedding in that moment!

Their reception at The Vinoy was everything. The family and guests were ready to party, the bridesmaids and groomsmen were ready to hit the dance floor, and Melissa and Scott were ready to celebrate the best day of their lives! I adored seeing everyone have such a great time, and it’s weddings like that where I just can’t help but sing along to the music and dance to the beats myself.

I just adore you two and your families so much, and I can’t thank you enough for including me in such a beautiful day. I hope you had the BEST honeymoon and are settling nicely into this whole marriage thing. 😉
