There are simply no words to describe my love for this wedding. The colors, the venue, the decor, the family, and of course…the couple. Sarah and Ryan are for SURE a match made in heaven. They are so corny together (which is probably the main reason I love them so much!), and they do nothing but giggle and give each other googly eyes. It melts my heart…<3
We did their engagement session back in January, and I learned very quickly that they were serious Harry Potter fans. I recommend you checking out their engagement session blog sometime! Between the time they booked us and the time of their wedding, I was in touch with Sarah and her mom mostly. We met at the studio, talked about all of the wonderful details, and just had quality girl time discussing the big day! I LOVE, love, looooove those two girls. They are some of the sweetest people I have ever met in my entire life, and having a chance to get to know them was truly a blessing.
The day of their wedding was pure perfection. The weather was phenomenal, the venue was stunning (if you haven’t heard of Highland Manor, you are missing out. What a beautiful venue!!!), and the details were to die for! The Sugar Suite prepared the most stunning blush cake with white lace and pink peonies. Another bakery, Sprinkles, created the perfect Harry Potter groom’s cake (which was a total surprise to Ryan!).
Meister Productions lit the room with fabulous purple up-lighting, and Lee Forrest prepared incredibly elegant center pieces for the tables. And of course, we can’t forget the remarkable candy buffet full of Harry Potter goodness! Everything about this wedding was so creative, yet they still managed to keep it incredibly classy and timeless.
One of my favorite details was Sarah’s Rivini wedding dress and veil. She looked so breathtakingly beautiful, and I know Ryan thought so too when he saw her walking down the aisle. His jaw literally dropped (don’t you worry, we got that on camera!).
I could go on and on about this couple and the wedding, but instead, I’ll let you enjoy this massive sneak peek! Congratulations Sarah and Ryan!!! <3
